dyson was the first company to manufacture a vacuum cleaner with Dual Cyclone technology. The creator, James dyson, invented the Cyclone after he found that he had to keep replacing the dust bags in his vacuum cleaner even when they were not full. This is now the foundation for all dyson vacuum cleaners.

The defining feature of the cleaner is the visible and distinctive Cyclone.

The dyson vacuum cleaner come in bold colors, in order to make them stand out in shops. The DC05 is dark blue and light green - neutral colors so that both genders can take a liking to it.

They are shaped very differently from other vacuum cleaners. The DC05 has an unusual shape which “hugs” or “sits on” the stairs. The DC11 is futuristic and modern-looking, with a Cyclone on either side and tubing wrapped around the main body.

New Technology
As well as improving the suction of the Cyclone, they have introduced many ergonomic features. The latest vacuum cleaner now has a ball to replace the wheels, which makes it easier to move and relieves stress on the spine and exercises the biceps and triceps.
